Hello!

My name is April, and I am Bee Joyful Events's creator and head event planner. I have been planning events for over 10 years and love helping people bring their visions to life. Bee Joyful Events is all about communication, efficiency, and personal experience.

Let’s get personal -

I was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I have been working in the education system for over 13 years. I am happily married to the love of my life, Sean. Together we have 2 dogs, Winston and Basil. My life wouldn't be complete without my two beautiful nephews and family and friends.

This package is for the client who is unsure of where to start in the planning process. We would become “besties” and walk you through every step of your planning process. We can assist from decorations to budgeting.

This package is for clients who have an idea of what they want for their event but need some assistance with the details and timeline.

If you need advice, a shopping companion, and some one to help with the day of events and details this package is for you.

This package is perfect for clients that have everything planned out. But would like a contact person for the day of the event. We would have unlimited communication for the month before your event.

We will go over your vision to make sure it is excluded wonderfully on your big day.

Initial Consultation – Discuss theme, budget, and guest list.
Venue Setup & Décor – Balloons, table settings, backdrop, banners, centerpieces.
Theme Planning – Coordinating colors, decorations, cake, and favors to match the chosen theme.
Vendor Coordination – Booking caterer, baker, entertainment, photographer, etc.
Timeline & Schedule Management – Ensuring activities (cake cutting, games, etc.) run smoothly.
Day-of Coordination – Overseeing setup, directing vendors, handling last-minute issues.
